Return & Refund
We are devoted to make you feel comfortable and confident when purchasing on Gnoce. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can enjoy 60 days return/refund from the date of their receipt. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date.
We advise you to keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your own reference. If there is no instruction in your returns, Gnoce will automatically credit the due amount to the original credit card.
1. All products returns should obey the following rules:
(1) If the item has a quality issue, such as wrong items and broken/defective products received from us, we will undertake the shipping cost for exchange or return.
(2) If there is no quality issue, you need to undertake the shipping cost for exchange or return, such as choosing the wrong size or other personal reasons.
Kind reminder: Contact with our customer service representative firstly for the returning address if you would like to exchange or return the item. Remember to send the item with the original package. Gnoce is not responsible if these shipments are lost by the carrier or not received at our facility.
2. Procedures for returning:
(1) Pack the item in the original package, and enclose the order number in package.
(2) Get the returning address from our customer service and send the package to this address.
(3) Please inform us the tracking number and the delivery company of the returning parcel.
(4) Keep your shipping receipt until you receive the refund or exchanged item, otherwise, we are not able to issue for packages lost in the transit.
(5) When we got the returned parcel, we will refund you. You are able to get the refund in 3-5 business days.
Note: You need to return all part of the goods, including the promotional product. If you determine to purchase the promotional product, please contact our Customer Service directly.
3. The conditions you cannot return your jewelry:
(1) We do not accept any returns for any personalized photo charm(s), unless the picture’s appearance is totally different from the photo provided to us.
(2) Jewelries are damaged by misuse or poor maintenance after you receive them.
(3) Silver pieces will become black because of oxidation. Therefore, you need to use the silver polishing cloth to return its original look at first.
4. Gnoce offers one year warranty.
We provide you one year warranty on all of our products against manufacturing defects and workmanship. The warranty becomes void if the jewelry has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by you.
Meanwhile, we have professional and dedicated Quality Assurance Team to inspect every product before we ship out. We try our best to make sure you receive a high quality piece. In the rare event your item has a defect, please contact our customer service or send email to us at: [email protected]. Please show us your order number, contact information and problem when you contact us, and we would be happy to help you repair your item.
Gnoce will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
