Ordered from Gnoce quite a few times now and found the quality of the charms and service very good, this last order took quite a few weeks to arrive although i did have a photo charm amongst other charms. Grace was very helpful with my queries regarding the shipment, it did arrive after 4 weeks, which I found unusual for Gnoce. I had a free gift as a token of good gesture for the wait. The charms didn't disappoint when they arrived, the shipment tracking information was spot on. One piece of advice I would give is if you order as a present, order the items a good few weeks in advance as a just in case there's a delay in the processing and shipment date. This is not a negative as the jewellery for me and the price is worth the wait. Ive had a few for over a year now and they have stood the test, no tarnishing or loss of stones or colour.

Real 925 Sterling Silver, Photo is still in great condition(I even shower in this bracelet and still no damage) I receive the most compliments on this beautiful charm. Awesome Arrived today! So first I want to review the Wicked Potion Bottles there so amazing and cute. Darn wish o ordered all my Wicked charms at once. It’s ok I’m ordering the remainder charms I want and it will be complete. Also they arrived in a Wicked Box with post card. OMG, The white horse pumpkin carriage charm part of the Cinderella collection is so beautiful and intricate workmanship color can’t wait for the other charms to arrive to add on fairytales bracelet theme. Also it had a British library card. The 12 zodiacs sign charm really tiny but ok going to put in window sill along with other glow in dark charm bracelet. I like it. Especially like the buy 2 get 2 free and tree of life necklace and free bracelet. Can’t beat that… I’ve ordered now 5 other times about to make another..
